Stacked and Tangled
This week’s Diva Challenge by guest blogger Jane Reiter is to tangle on a Bijou tile and then stack it on progressively larger tiles. I didn't think this was going to take quite a long as it did. And since I started it on Monday and finished on Tuesday I'm not sure what the actual total is but I'm sure it is right around 8 hours! Mind you, it was 8 very fun and absorbing hours so no complaints here :)

But the result is beautiful: lovely colours and well chosen tangles, congratulations!
ReplyDeleteColours work really well together and I like your highlights. They make everything pop, particularly the Coil.
ReplyDeleteReally nice. Great colours. I like your 3 loops
ReplyDeleteIt's only time consuming when you do such pretty and detailed tangles :) Lovely!
ReplyDeleteNice job and great tangles. Like the colors.
ReplyDeleteThat's lovely! Your patterns are beautifully detailed. It was time well spent;-)
ReplyDeleteYes, this challenge too a lot of time, but it's worth while! Your stack is so very beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI think many of us found it took more time than we expected. Mine was supposed to be a try out on scrap paper but became the final one or I would still be working on it. This is really pretty.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful colors and wonderful combination!
ReplyDeleteLovely delicate colors, Dorita, and nice combination of tangles. Truly elevates the central work to art! Have a brilliant day! Cheryl
ReplyDeleteEautiful work!
ReplyDeleteLovely!
ReplyDeleteOk. I'm losing it. I could have sworn I already left a comment about this week's stacked tile challenge, but I don't see it, so maybe not. The result reflects the amount of time you devoted to the challenge. I really like the Purk in the middle and your other choices of border tangles.
ReplyDeleteI can see that it Has much time to make it. We used one same pattern. Yours is lovely.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
