Is anyone else doing
InkTober? I'm doing a modified form, not using the prompts and just trying to draw every day. Today is only the 3rd but so far, so good! I'm keeping them small so here I've done two on one page.
I'm also counting the
Diva Challenge pieces towards my InkTober goal. This week's Challenge was a Use-My-Tangle using Daniel Lamothe's tangle Dreamcather. I enjoyed this tangle and can see lots of possibilities for it.

I also did a "catch-up" piece for challenge 267. The challenge was to use Drupe (very much not a favorite) and Pokeroot. I played with Drupe a bit and like what resulted but doubt it will be featured in many future pieces!

ReplyDeleteFor me too, the Drupe tile is favorite. I'm not doing the Inktober challenge; I draw (almost) every evening but don't want to have another obligation :-)

ReplyDeleteThank you for reminding me about Inktober. i meant to join in last year and got sidetracked. This year I will do better. I will. I will. I think the Drupe tile is very pretty but I know what you mean - even when we do a good job with a pattern, we know it won't be a "go to" pattern in future. I love the dreamcatcher tile.
ReplyDeleteI really like your Drupe with the Poke Root, and I like the delicate look you gave to your Dreamcatcher. No Inktober for me. I do draw daily, but like Annemarie, no more commitments :)
